A Graduate-to-Midwife Mentoring Program with Christie Davis & Augustine Colebrook

The Midwifery Wisdom Fellowship is an 8-month graduate-to-midwife bridge program that fills the gaps left by school and apprenticeship — combining mentorship, business mastery, and trauma-informed resilience training so you can step into practice without burnout, poverty, or isolation.

Too many midwives start their careers exhausted, underpaid, and unsupported — and too many leave within five years.

We believe that must change.

The Midwifery Wisdom Fellowship is not another apprenticeship. Here you will learn to claim your professional identity, build a financially viable practice, hold healthy boundaries, and create a career that nourishes you as much as the families you serve.

Who is it for?

Current students attending births + grads within 2 years of completion

What's included?
  • Monthly themed teaching sessions

  • Monthly group Q&A office hours

  • 2 private coaching sessions in nervous system regulation

  • 2 private coaching sessions in sustainable business development

What's the goal?

Provide a soft landing, prevent burnout, and launch midwives into sustainable, successful practice

Our goal is simple: midwives who are confident, well-paid, and here to stay — shaping a profession that is healthy, sustainable, and rooted in wisdom.

What others are saying about Augustine...

“Spent the last four days hosting the AMAZING Augustine Colebrook. This was hands down the BEST workshop I have EVER attended.
She covered how to have boundaries in midwifery — a MUCH overlooked and needed skill.”
